After 30+ years running and building my own businesses across fashion retail, hospitality, manufacturing and events. I have seen what really slows people down. It is not a lack of ability, it is the mental load, the constant decision making and that feeling of being stuck while everything depends on you.

That is where I come in.

I work with business owners and senior leaders who feel under pressure or off-track, helping them get clear, make the decisions they have been avoiding and start moving forward again.

35+ yrs experience running multiple businesses, in numerous sectors including Fashion retail, Retail, Leisure, Hospitality and Manufacturing.   

I have navigated the highs and lows of running my own business.   

I understand the challenges, pressures, frustrations, loneliness, and the feelings of uncertainty that are associated with building successful businesses and being in leadership positions.   

I am a certified master’s (MA) level 7 Executive business coach (University of Warwick Degree course) accredited by the Association of Coaching.
