I am a certified executive business coach with over 30 years of hands-on experience, I've set up numerous businesses in various sectors from Fashion Retail, Leisure, Hospitality and Manufacturing. I have navigated the highs and lows of building and growing my own company. I’ve never worked for anyone else other than my customers and I understand the challenges, pressures, frustrations, loneliness and the feelings of uncertainty that come with building and running a successful company. Also not forgetting the niggles of managing and creating the right team.
